PU Double Sided Timing Belts

PU double sided timing belts offer different tooth profile such as Trapezoidal, HTD, STD and RPP. 

• Trapezoidal belts include T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20, L, XL, H, XH, MXL DL.
• HTD and STD belts include 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M, S5M, S8M, S14M DL.
• RPP belts include RPP5M, RPP8M and RPP14M DL.

Double sided PU synchronous belts provide length from 640mm to 28000mm. Belts are most commonly offered in widths of 6mm, 9mm, 10mm, 15mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 50mm and 100mm, while custom sizes (lengths, widths and pitches) are available upon request.

Double sided polyurethane belts usually consist of polyurethane body and steel cord, while custom materials available upon request. Special cords include aramid (kevlar), stainless steel and carbon fiber.
